RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At HEMAS ELEGANCE, our commitment to excellence drives everything we do. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our collections are curated with significant attention to quality, we have established a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our products.

 1 - RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 2 - ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it.

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

HEMAS ELEGANCE reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings, and swimwear).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

 4 - RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you must contact our Client Services team at hemaselegance@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Wait for our specific instructions.

 5 - SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a label was provided).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6 - REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Note on Currency: Refunds are processed in the original currency of the order. We are not responsible for differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

 7 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 8 - EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 9 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
